I stopped by Starbucks to use a gift card. While I'm not a regular Starbucks customer, I've tried a few of their coffee drinks over the years. This time, I ordered a decaffeinated Iced White Chocolate Mocha with extra pumps of white chocolate mocha, and it was delicious. It's definitely my favorite Starbucks drink so far. I also ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. While it was decent, I expected a little more flavor, and it was much smaller than I anticipated for the price. One thing Starbucks consistently gets right is its customer service. The service is always amazing, and this visit was no exception. The barista was friendly, polite, and patient throughout my order. That level of customer service is something Starbucks has truly mastered, and it's one of the biggest reasons customers continue to come back. Overall, I had a great experience. The coffee was excellent, and while the sandwich didn't quite meet my expectations, I would definitely return whenever I'm in the mood for a good cup of coffee.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ (2/5) I was excited to try the Iced Sugar-Free Caramel Protein Latte, but unfortunately it was disappointing. For a drink advertised as a latte, there was almost no coffee flavor. It tasted mostly like sweet milk over ice, and the espresso was barely noticeable. The color was extremely light, which made me wonder if it was made correctly or if there simply wasn’t enough espresso to balance the drink. At nearly $7.44 I expected a lot more coffee flavor and a better balance between the protein base and the espresso. If you’re looking for a protein drink, you may enjoy it. If you’re looking for a coffee drink, this probably isn’t it. ☕ Coffee Flavor: 2/10 💸 Value: 2/10 ⭐ Overall: 2/

This Starbucks is hands down one of the best locations I’ve been to. The service is always fast, friendly, and welcoming no matter how busy they are. The baristas here seriously know how to make coffee because my drinks always come out sooo good and consistent every single time. You can tell they actually care about quality and getting orders right. I literally skip the Starbucks location next to my job just to drive an extra 10 minutes to come to this one because the difference is that noticeable. That says a lot considering there’s a closer option available to me. The staff is always positive, the drinks are made perfectly, and the overall experience is just better here. Definitely my go-to Starbucks location.

Ordered via app for mid afternoon weekday coffee. Pastries were fine. All three drinks made incorrectly. Mocha was without shots, Caramel Macchiato was iced instead of hot, and kids hot chocolate was cold. Staff member inside confirmed order labels on drinks were correct and how drinks were made were not.

There were four people working behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged me the entire time I was waiting to place my order. Instead, staff avoided eye contact until I finally had to ask if someone could please help me. I understand that it was busy, and I can appreciate that, but basic acknowledgment goes a long way. The focus seemed to be entirely on the drive-thru while customers at the counter were ignored. Unfortunately, this was a clear lack of customer service and made for a frustrating experience.
